Executive Administrative Assistant We are seeking a highly organized, business-mature, and professional Executive Administrative Assistant to support the CEO. This individual will serve as a strategic partner, ensuring the CEO's time, priorities, and communications are managed with precision and discretion. The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and able to operate independently in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.Key Responsibilities:Work independently to anticipate needs, proactively solve problems, and ensure priorities stay on trackManage the CEO's complex calendar, scheduling meetings, prioritizing commitments, and resolving conflictsTrack key initiatives, follow up on action items, and ensure deadlines are metAct as a liaison between the CEO and senior leadership, clients, and stakeholdersCoordinate internal and external communications on behalf of the CEO with professionalism and confidentialitySupport meeting preparation, including agendas, materials, and minutesOrganize travel arrangements, itineraries, and expense reportingPrepare standard financial data and ad-hoc reports, create presentations, and executive-level documentsHandle sensitive information with a high degree of discretion and integrityContinuously improve administrative processes and workflowsPerform other duties as assignedQualifications:7+ years of proven experience supporting C-level executives or senior leadershipAbility to operate independently with minimal supervisionAbility to anticipate needs and work proactivelyHigh level of discretion and emotional intelligenceStrong business maturity and professional presenceExcellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skillsComfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentExcellent written and verbal communication skillsTech-savvy with strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, advanced Excel skills.
