Enterprise AI Platform Leader:Location: UK / US / HybridLevel: Director / Senior Director / Partner equivalentRole Overview:We are seeking a senior Enterprise AI Platform Leader to drive the design, build, and scaling of enterprise-grade AI platforms across complex, regulated environments.This role sits at the intersection of AI engineering, cloud architecture, and enterprise transformation, responsible for moving organisations from AI experimentation into production-scale deployment.You will lead the definition and execution of AI platform strategy, ensuring GenAI and machine learning capabilities are embedded into core enterprise systems at scale.Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end enterprise AI platform architecture and deliveryDefine and implement production-grade GenAI and ML systemsBuild scalable AI operating models across hybrid cloud environmentsPartner with senior stakeholders to translate strategy into deployed systemsLead multi-disciplinary teams (engineering, data, cloud, product)Drive adoption of AI across enterprise workflows and business unitsIdeal BackgroundSenior leader in AI platforms, data engineering, or cloud AI architectureExperience building production ML / GenAI systems at scaleBackground in consulting, cloud providers, or enterprise tech environmentsStrong hybrid cloud experience (AWS / Azure / GCP)Proven ability to lead large engineering teams (50–150+)⸻CompensationLevel: Director / Senior Director / Partner equivalentUK: £140,000 – £220,000 base + bonus + LTIPUS: $220,000 – $350,000 base + bonus + equity
