This includes sourcing and interviewing candidates for roles at various seniority levels. You will work closely with the HR leadership team and hiring managers to develop, organize, and maintain recruiting processes and initiatives. We are looking for a consultative and creative recruiter to help scale teams across EQB, and to own the hiring for administrative and servicing roles across other business lines.Expect high impact and wide-ranging responsibility: owning requisitions from start to finish, leading first-in-kind searches, and delivering best-in-class candidate experience.
