Job Summary: We are seeking a friendly, professional, and detail-oriented Female Spa Locker Room Attendant to maintain a clean, welcoming, and tranquil environment for our male spa guests. This role is key to delivering the world-class service that defines the Amrit experience. Key Responsibilities: Greet and assist guests in the male locker room with courtesy and professionalism Maintain cleanliness and organization of locker room, showers, and restroom areas Restock towels, robes, slippers, toiletries, and other amenities Ensure the locker room meets health and safety standards at all times Assist with laundry duties as needed Provide information on spa facilities and help guests feel comfortable Report maintenance or safety issues to management promptly Support spa staff and management as needed Requirements: Must be male due to the nature of the locker room assignment Prior experience in hospitality, housekeeping, spa, or customer service preferred Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude Ability to work independently and as part of a team Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and variable shifts Physically able to stand for long periods and lift light to moderate loads Benefits: Competitive hourly wage Resort & spa discounts Opportunity to grow within a luxury wellness resort environment Positive and supportive team culture We look forward to welcoming a new team member who shares our passion for well-being and luxury service.
