Supervisors are responsible for meeting the following expectations: Knowledge of Training Material · Loading skills · Unloading skills · Safety · Proper handling · Damage Prevention Great Communication Skills · With customers, support staff, people you’re leading, and upper leadership. · Builds and maintains positive relationships with those around you. Always thinking big picture and thinking ahead · Unselfish · Solution-focused/oriented As a supervisor, you will be responsible for the following: · Coordinating and confirming travel plans a day before the scheduled job. · Ensures proper equipment is obtained a day before the scheduled job. · Communicates with customers and crew and creates action plans on the job site (what’s going, protection for items, what we need them to do). · Proactively communicates with customers and managers any issues on the job. · Proactively communicates with customers and managers about job delays. · Confirms Payment Requirements: To be considered you must have the following: At least 2 years of moving experience 18+ with reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license Ability to pass a drug test A responsible and dedicated work ethic paired with a can-do attitude! Work Remotely No Job Type: Full-time Pay: $21.50 - $25.50 per hour Expected hours: No less than 32 per week Schedule: Day shift Weekends as needed Application Question(s): Describe any moving experience you have and the dates that you worked.
