Java Developer (Only W2)

As a Java Developer, you will be responsible for the design, development, and implementation of mission-critical applications using the Java EE platform. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including analysts, designers, and architects, to deliver scalable and efficient software solutions. The ideal candidate is passionate about technology, stays updated with industry trends, and has a solid understanding of software engineering principles.Key Responsibilities:Design and develop high-volume, low-latency applications for mission-critical systems, delivering high-availability and performance.Contribute in all phases of the development lifecycle.Write well-designed, efficient, and testable code.Ensure designs are in compliance with specifications.Prepare and produce releases of software components.Support continuous improvement by investigating alternatives and technologies and presenting these for architectural review.Required Skills and Experience:Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.5+ years of professional experience in software development using Java EE.Strong experience with Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data, etc.).Proficient in Java multithreading, concurrency patterns, and collections.Experience with ORM frameworks (Hibernate, JPA).Familiarity with relational databases (SQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Redis).Solid understanding of RESTful web services.Experience with Agile methodologies and CI/CD practices.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Preferred Skills:Experience with microservices architecture.Knowledge of front-end technologies (JavaScript, Angular, React).Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
