Physician / Primary Care / New Jersey

We are seeking a Physician with a proven track record in primary and urgent care. The Physician should also have a passion for health, wellness, customer service and healthy lifestyle changes with a focus on the future of healthcare. As a Physician you will: Evaluate and treat patients in accordance with Doctors Medi Center policies and procedures to ensure top quality treatment and service Order and interpret diagnostic laboratory tests Perform various physical exams, including DOT Physicals Evaluate and treat Workers Compensation patients Perform minor procedures such as injections, immunizations, suturing and wound care Stabilize sprains and fractures; Order Physical Therapy and referrals to specialists Maintain thorough and accurate records, documenting patient evaluation and treatment, prescribing medications, and reporting patient progress Document patient charges for billing purposes Collaborate with all other Physicians and licensed/certified professional health care professionals who provide healthcare to the facilitys patients Qualifications: DOT Certification is required or willingness to obtain immediate certification Must be licensed in the state of New Jersey Graduate from an accredited M.D or D.O. program Minimum of 1-3 years post graduate experience as a licensed Physician in primary care, occupational medicine, emergency medicine or urgent care setting is preferred
