This Paralegal will provide litigation support to two senior partners on various personal injury matters.Requirements and Duties:3 + years of experience working on plaintiff-side personal injury litigation.Prepare, draft, and e-file discovery, pleadings, motions, and other documentsTrial preparation, including coordinating and communicating with all relevant parties, preparing trial docs, binders, exhibits, experts, etc.Review, analyze, and summarize medical records, bills, etcSchedule and calendar depositions, mediations, and manage deadlines.Act as the liaison between all relevant parties.This law firm offers excellent growth opportunities, mentorship and development, and a happy, collaborative team environment.
