Head of Institutional Strategy

A company is looking for a Head of Institutional Strategy & Development. Key Responsibilities Build and maintain strategic relationships with ETF ecosystem providers to support JitoSOL deployment in traditional investment products Increase adoption of JitoSOL by developing and executing targeted strategies for both onchain and off-chain users Engage with high-value stakers and financial institutions to ensure their needs are incorporated into product development and liquidity roadmaps Required Qualifications 7+ years of experience in institutional business development, capital markets, or product strategy within traditional finance Deep understanding of the ETF/ETP lifecycle, including issuance, custody, and regulatory frameworks Strong knowledge of the cryptocurrency/DeFi ecosystem, particularly staking and decentralized exchanges Exceptional relationship-building skills with a proven network among market makers and institutional asset managers Familiarity with regulatory and tax considerations surrounding digital assets in major financial jurisdictions
