Service Technician - HVAC Residential

Position Summary As an Experienced HVAC Service Technician, you'll diagnose, repair, and maintain a variety of residential and light commercial heating and cooling systems. You'll serve as a technical expert and trusted advisor to customers, ensuring each job is completed with precision and care. Key Responsibilities Diagnose and repair HVAC systems including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ductless systems Perform routine maintenance and tune-ups Accurately communicate findings and recommend solutions to customers Ensure all work complies with local codes and safety standards Maintain detailed records of work performed, parts used, and time on site Participate in rotating on-call schedule for emergency service Keep company vehicle, tools, and equipment in clean and working order Representing the company with professionalism, courtesy, and integrity Qualifications 3+ years of HVAC service experience Valid EPA Section 608 Certification Electrical O6A License Working knowledge of residential and light commercial HVAC systems Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and customer service skills Clean driving record and ability to pass background/drug screening Ability to work independently and in a team environment Physically able to lift 50+ lbs and work in various weather and job site conditions Comfortable working evenings or weekends as needed Additional Skills (Preferred but Not Required) Nate Certification Gas Piping, electrical, or low-voltage experience Washington 02 Electrical License Understanding of jobsite safety regulations and requirements Strong problem-solving and communication skills Familiarity with Service Titan Procore knowledge What We Offer Competitive pay Ongoing training and development Career advancement opportunities Paid time off and holidays Health, dental, and vision insurance Employer Paid Life Insurance with EAP 401(k) with company match Join the team that builds more than just HVAC systems-we build careers.
