Registered Nurse LTC
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care in various healthcare facilities, including hospitals, clinics, and nursing homes.
- Perform esthetic laser treatments for patients as needed.
- Utilize medical terminology to communicate effectively with healthcare team members.
- Manage medical office tasks such as scheduling appointments and maintaining patient records.
- Administer basic life support and monitor vital signs of patients.
- Assist with tube feeding and ensure proper nutrition for patients.
- Maintain accurate medical documentation using eClinicalWorks or similar electronic health record systems.
- Provide acute and primary care services to patients in accordance with established protocols.
Requirements:
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
- Proficiency in esthetic laser treatments and other specialized nursing procedures.
- Knowledge of medical terminology and ability to apply it in a clinical setting.
- Experience working in a medical office environment with strong organizational skills.
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS).
- Ability to monitor and interpret vital signs accurately.
- Familiarity with tube feeding procedures and protocols.
- Proficient in medical documentation using electronic health record systems like eClinicalWorks.
- Experience in acute care settings with the ability to handle critical situations effectively.
- Strong background in primary care nursing with a focus on patient-centered care.
Job Types: Travel nursing, Contract
Pay: $65.00 - $70.00 per hour
