This is your chance to be part of a collaborative team and ensure the highest quality in our operations.Job Responsibilities:Maintain and repair equipment used in the production of poly pipe.Support the installation, upgrade, maintenance, and inspection of control systems to enhance performance and reliability.Undertake emergency troubleshooting on mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic equipment to determine faults and provide resolutions.Prepare reports on machine faults and errors to develop maintenance schedules.Work individually and collaboratively to minimize machine outages and stoppages.Requirements:High School diploma or equivalent level of education.Minimum of 3 years of experience in an electrical/electronic repair industrial environment.Strong mechanical abilities.Experience with PLC, HMI, VFD, Controls Electronics, or CNC controls.Ability to disassemble equipment, diagnose problems, and reassemble safely and proficiently.Preferences:Experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment with automation.Familiarity with predictive maintenance management concepts and advanced diagnostic devices.Ability to translate complex technical information into easy-to-understand terms for decision-making assistance.Why Midland, TX?Midland, TX, offers a vibrant community with a rich history in the heart of the Permian Basin.
