We strive to deliver a seamless moving experience that helps customers transition with confidence and ease. Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site Mover role based in Costa Mesa, CA. As a Mover, you will be responsible for assisting with packing, loading, transporting, and unloading items for residential and commercial moves. The role involves ensuring the safe handling of furniture and goods, assembling and disassembling furniture, and maintaining clear communication with team members and customers to provide outstanding service. Additionally, you will support inventory checks, work collaboratively with the team, and follow safety protocols. QualificationsExperience in packing, loading, and unloading items effectively and securelyKnowledge of safe lifting techniques and proper equipment handlingAttention to detail and the ability to manage inventory accuratelyStrong interpersonal and communication skills for working with customers and a teamFlexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to different client needsAbility to consistently follow safety practices and company guidelinesValid driver's license and a clean driving record (for roles requiring vehicle operation)Physical stamina to handle repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs)Previous moving or logistics experience is a plus, but not requiredA high school diploma or equivalent is preferred
