RESPONSIBILITIES: Implement and maintain ABA Therapy best practices. Work directly with children with ASD. Engage parents in therapy sessions. Bring a positive attitude and passion for working with children. REQUIREMENTS: Reliable transportation. BLS certification. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and engage in physical activities with children. Complete RBT training to become certified. ADDITIONAL INFO: Work Location: Provide In-Home services. Benefits: Health and dental insurance, 401K. Job Type: Part-time (with advancement opportunities). Salary: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour, plus a $900 milestone bonus. Schedule: Monday to Friday (must have Saturday availability to make up time). Education: High School Diploma or equivalent. Experience: 1 year working with children required.
