Data Modeler

We are seeking Data Modeler for a REMOTE 3 month contract (possibility of extending or converting). Candidates MUST be US Citizens or Green Card holders, no 3rd parties. W2 only. Responsibilities: Define, publish, and communicate data strategy, standards, patterns, reference architectures, frameworks, and roadmaps to enable data sharing across the enterprise Be a hands-on architect. Build solution prototypes and conduct experiments to evaluate architectural alternatives Manage, Govern and promote enterprise data model management practice Develop enterprise conceptual, logical and physical data models for batch and streaming architectures Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent Experience with modeling HR data and Workday required 5+ years with advanced SQL and scripting (python/pyspark) development 2+ Experience with cloud based infrastructure (databricks/redshift) 5+ years of enterprise data architecture, design patterns, tradeoff analysis and delivery acceleration in cloud-native environments 3+ years of data solutions enabling Analytical, Operational, Data Science and ML data flows 2+ years developing or working with taxonomies/ontologies Experience working/collaborating with Master Data Management and Data Governance Desired: Master's degree or higher in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or similar analytical field Experience with data modeling tools such as DBT If interested, please send an updated resume and compensation requirements for immediate consideration to bonnie.kutin@comcentric.com Bonnie Kutin Recruiter Comcentric Inc. bonnie.kutin@comcentric.com
