Supporting servers in satisfying guest needs by taking direction and helping to serve all items.ResponsibilitiesScope of this position:Maintain a constant knowledge of menu itemsVerify food matches the orders on ticketsListen to, and promptly act to resolve guest issues and requestsHold effective communication with management and peersSupport all food & beverage outlets when needed/askedEnsure uniform, grooming, and hygiene standards meet the requirements set forth within the associate handbookQualificationsQualified candidates will possess the following:Ability to deliver exceptional guest service experienceMust be knowledgeable about local areaCommunicating within F&B and with other departments regularly and effectivelyMove, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 15 lbs. frequently and up to 75 lbs. occasionallyFlexible schedule - Willing and able to work shift duties that may include evenings, nights, overnights, weekends, and holidays.Must be able to communicate in English (spoken and written)
