You will play a key role in crafting compelling customer messages and enhancing brand experiences, alongside conducting data-driven analysis to inform strategy adjustments. The role demands active stakeholder engagement and influence to drive the execution of optimized marketing strategies.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and execute effective marketing programs aligning with the TurboTax GTM strategy.Develop and refine customer messaging across various channels to improve brand perception.Produce and present insightful reports by analyzing marketing data and performance metrics.Foster and maintain stakeholder relationships to ensure alignment and support for marketing initiatives.Coordinate and manage TurboTax's presence in conferences, exhibitions, and marketing seminars.Must-Have SkillsExpertise in enterprise-level Email Service Platforms (ESP) like Braze, Salesforce, or Eloqua.Proficiency in HTML and marketing scripts (AMP, Liquid Script) for personalized marketing executions.Strong SQL skills for database querying and marketing data analysis.Industry ExperiencePrior experience in marketing within the software or tech industry, especially with a focus on omnichannel strategies, is highly preferred.J-18808-Ljbffr
