Company DescriptionUS Compounding Factory is a specialized pharmacy facility based in Hicksville, NY. We are currently navigating our state licensing requirements and are seeking a qualified professional to assist us with architectural compliance.The Project: We have a modular cleanroom and HVAC system that was manufactured overseas and is currently fully installed and operational at our Hicksville facility. As part of our mandatory license application to the Board of Pharmacy, we are required to submit a certified blueprint stamped by a Registered Architect.We possess complete, highly detailed layout and HVAC drawings, but they lack the required domestic architectural certification.Scope of Work:Perform a professional review of our existing facility blueprints and HVAC designs.Validate that the as-built modular setup complies with Board of Pharmacy standards.Provide an official architectural stamp/certification on the final plans for submission to the Board of Pharmacy.Required Qualifications:Must be a Registered Architect (RA) with an active license in good standing in the State of New York.Demonstrated experience with healthcare facilities, compounding pharmacies, cleanrooms, or complex medical HVAC systems is highly preferred.Willingness to perform a physical site inspection in Hicksville, NY, if required by your professional standards to certify the drawings.To Apply: Please submit your resume or firm portfolio, along with a brief message outlining your experience with medical cleanrooms or USP compliance.
