In this role, you will be responsible for the installation, configuration, and ongoing support of our organization's network infrastructure—including LANs, WANs, and internet systems. You will ensure continuous network availability for all users, conduct performance monitoring, and carry out maintenance activities as needed to optimize uptime and reliability.ResponsibilitiesInstall, configure, and support an organization's local area network (LAN), wide area network (WAN), and Internet systems or a segment of a network systemMonitor network to ensure network availability to all system users and may perform necessary maintenance to support network availabilityMay monitor and test Web site performance to ensure Web sites operate correctly and without interruptionMay assist in network modeling, analysis, planning, and coordination between network and data communications hardware and software. May supervise computer user support specialists and computer network support specialists. Actual compensation will depend on a range of factors, including but not limited to the individual’s skills, experience, qualifications, certifications, location, other business and organizational needs, and applicable employment laws.
