Construction Project Administrator
LHH is seeking Construction Project Administrators for our client, a large enterprise organization undergoing a company-wide transition from Procore to Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC). These contract roles will support major commercial and industrial construction programs through the end of 2026, with potential conversion to full-time employment. This is a detail-oriented, systems-driven role for professionals who have supported construction or engineering teams in document-controlled environments and are comfortable operating within enterprise project platforms during periods of transformation. What You’ll DoAs part of the project delivery and controls organization, you will provide administrative and technical support to ensure accurate documentation, compliance, and adherence to standardized workflows across active projects. Project Documentation & ControlMaintain structured project documentation aligned with established standards and naming conventionsTrack, log, and distribute RFIs, submittals, transmittals, and related project recordsVerify document accuracy, completeness, and version control prior to distributionMonitor submission deadlines and follow up with internal teams, vendors, and contractorsGenerate document tracking and status reports for project leadershipArchive completed documentation in compliance with company and regulatory requirementsMaintain confidentiality and security of sensitive project informationAutodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) AdministrationSet up and configure new projects in ACC using standardized templates and settingsManage project-level configurations such as regions, units, and naming conventionsAdd users, assign roles, and manage permissions for internal and external stakeholdersMaintain company affiliations and ensure accurate access levelsMonitor compliance with ACC governance standards and internal policiesSupport workflow integration across ACC modules including Docs, Build, and CostAssist with troubleshooting and provide user guidance during platform adoption What We’re Looking ForHigh school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred2+ years of experience in a Project Administrator, Project Coordinator, or similar roleHands-on experience with construction or project management platforms (ACC or comparable tools)Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, with emphasis on ExcelExposure to tools such as Procore, Primavera, MS Project, and/or BluebeamHigh attention to detail with strong document control disciplineStrongly PreferredExperience supporting commercial or industrial construction projects (e.g., data centers, power, oil & gas, infrastructure)Direct experience working in Autodesk Construction CloudFamiliarity with standardized construction workflows and controlled documentation environmentsPrior exposure to enterprise system implementations or platform transitions CompensationTarget hourly rate: $35–$38/hourContract engagement through the end of 2026Potential conversion to a full-time (permenant) role based on performance and business needs Why This RoleDirect involvement in a high-visibility enterprise system transitionLong-term contract stability with a multi-year runwayOpportunity to support large-scale, complex construction programsExposure to standardized, best-in-class project controls and documentation practicesPotential pathway to full-time employmentEqual Opportunity Employer/Veterans/DisabledTo read our Candidate Privacy Information Statement, which explains how we will use your information, please navigate to https://www.lhh.com/us/en/candidate-privacy
