About the CompanyThe Company is a UK-based professional services firm providing legal, corporate, tax, and advisory services to an international client base. Operating across multiple jurisdictions, the firm fosters a collaborative and cross-functional environment, supporting clients with complex cross-border matters.As part of its international expansion, the firm is establishing its presence in Spain and is seeking local legal talent to support and grow its operations.Role OverviewWe are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Lawyer (Abogado) or Paralegal based in Galicia, Madrid, or Almería to support the firm’s legal and corporate advisory services.This role is ideal for:Newly qualified lawyers (0–2 years PQE) registered with a Spanish Colegio de Abogados, orParalegals with relevant experience in a professional practice environmentYou will support both Spanish and international matters, particularly those involving cross-border legal and tax work, while playing a key role in establishing the firm’s Spain operations.ScheduleMonday to Friday, aligned with UK business hours; 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (UK time)with 1-hour unpaid lunch (40 hours per week)Key ResponsibilitiesProvide legal and paralegal support on corporate and cross-border mattersAssist in drafting, reviewing, and managing corporate legal documents (e.g., incorporations, board resolutions, shareholder agreements)Support compliance with Spanish and international regulatory requirementsConduct legal research across Spanish and international frameworksMaintain accurate and organized legal records and documentationCollaborate with internal teams across legal, tax, and accounting functionsLiaise with external advisors, including Spanish legal bodies and international partnersContribute to the development and establishment of the firm’s Spain-based operationsRequirementsWith 0–2 years PQE, registered with a local Colegio de Abogados (e.g., A Coruña, Madrid, Almería), OR Paralegal with relevant legal education and experienceExperience in a law firm or professional services environment (essential; in-house-only experience is not sufficient)Exposure to corporate law, tax, or cross-border legal workStrong understanding of corporate documentation and compliance processesFluent in both Spanish and English (written and verbal)Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skillsAbility to work independently in a remote, international environmentReliable internet connection and professional home office setupInterest in cross-border legal and tax matters is highly desirableIndependent Contractor PerksPermanent Work from HomeImmediate HiringHealth Insurance Coverage for eligible locationsNotePlease click the "Apply" button to complete your application, including the assessment questions, technical check, and voice recording.
