Los Gatos Dog & Cat Hospital is growing and we are seeking an experienced Registered Veterinary Technician Manager to join our team!This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled RVT leader who enjoys balancing hands-on patient care with team leadership, workflow management, and staff development in a collaborative general practice environment.In This Role, You WillOversee daily hospital flow and help ensure efficient, high-quality patient care throughout the dayDelegate tasks appropriately to support workflow efficiency and team successSupport onboarding, training, and continued development of clinical support staffCreate and manage staff schedules based on the needs of the businessAssist the Hospital Manager with annual performance reviews and coaching conversationsAssist with recruiting, candidate screening, and hiring support staff team membersHelp manage inventory and maintain appropriate stock levels for hospital operationsSupport veterinarians and clinical staff during outpatient appointments, surgery, and dental procedures as neededFoster a positive, accountable, team-oriented culture focused on excellent patient and client careScheduleThis is a full-time position with flexible scheduling availability required, including Saturdays, to support the needs of the hospital.
