The Solutions Architect will evaluate and incorporate commercial technologies, open-source tools, SaaS solutions, cloud platforms, and emerging technologies to develop loosely coupled, scalable applications.This is an excellent opportunity for an architect who enjoys working in a transformative environment, solving complex technical challenges, and moving quickly from ideas to prototypes and validated solutions.What You’ll DoDesign application architectures and technical solutions supporting multiple lines of business.Define current-state and future-state architectures aligned with enterprise technology strategy.Develop and contribute to enterprise technology roadmaps supporting application modernization.Evaluate commercial, open-source, SaaS, cloud, and emerging technologies to determine the best solutions for business and technical requirements.Develop proofs of concept, prototypes, integration models, and technical validations to evaluate new technologies and architectural approaches.Design scalable, maintainable, and loosely coupled application architectures.Identify opportunities to leverage emerging technologies to improve customer experience, operational efficiency, scalability, and competitive advantage.Partner with application development teams to ensure architectural concepts can be effectively implemented.Collaborate with infrastructure, enterprise architecture, PMO, business units, data teams, and external technology partners.Rapidly assess complex technical concepts and communicate recommendations to technical and business stakeholders.Provide technical leadership throughout application modernization and transformation initiatives.Establish architectural best practices and ensure solutions align with enterprise standards, security requirements, and long-term technology objectives.What You Bring to the TableBachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. A combination of education and relevant experience, including military service, will also be considered.10+ years of software development experience within mid- to large-sized organizations.Demonstrated technical leadership experience within complex technology environments.5+ years of experience defining application architectures, including current-state, future-state, and enterprise technology roadmaps.Experience working with commercial, open-source, SaaS, and cloud technologies.Hands-on experience developing prototypes, proofs of concept, integration models, and technical validations.Strong understanding of modern application architecture and scalable, loosely coupled systems.Experience supporting application modernization, re-platforming, or digital transformation initiatives.Ability to quickly evaluate emerging technologies and determine their applicability to complex enterprise environments.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to move rapidly from conceptual ideas to validated technical solutions.Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with developers, infrastructure teams, business stakeholders, executives, and external partners.Comfortable working in a highly collaborative, federated architecture environment.Must Haves AWS Architecture & Application Modernization Designing and Implementing APIs Cloud Security ArchitectureMin 10 years working experienceThere is no VISA TRANSFER AVAILABLE AT THIS TIME
