Project Support Coordinator

We’re looking for a highly organized and proactive Project Coordinator to support multiple cross-functional projects in a regulated medical device environment.Key Requirements:✅ 2+ years of Project Coordination / Project Management Support experience✅ Experience managing multiple cross-functional projects✅ Strong stakeholder management & meeting facilitation skills✅ Experience tracking schedules, risks, dependencies & action items✅ Strong documentation and communication skills✅ Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, Teams & Outlook✅ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred✅ Medical Device industry experience is strongly preferred⚠️ Important: Direct medical device experience is a key requirement.
