Site Supervisor — High-End Mixed-Use Construction PBG Construction · Marin County, CA · Full-Time, On-SitePBG is a general contractor delivering high-end projects across Marin and the Bay Area. We're known for craftsmanship, tight project teams, and clients who expect — and get — exceptional results. We're hiring an experienced Site Supervisor to run one project at a time, top to bottom.The RoleYou'll be the on-site leader from mobilization through closeout — managing subs, schedule, quality, and safety on a single project at a time. You'll work directly with our Project Manager and ownership, with the autonomy to run your site the right way and the support of a team that trusts experience.This isn't a paper-pushing role. We want a builder who knows how to walk a site, read the plans, anticipate the next three weeks of work, and hold subs accountable without burning bridges.What You'll OwnDay-to-day supervision of all on-site activities, crews, and subcontractorsDaily look-aheads, weekly sub coordination meetings, and schedule managementQuality control — making sure work meets the high bar our clients expectSite safety, including Cal/OSHA compliance and daily safety briefingsCoordination with inspectors, architects, designers, and engineersMaterial deliveries, staging, and logisticsDaily reports, photo documentation, and RFI/submittal coordination with the PMPunch list management and project closeoutWhat We're Looking For10+ years as a Site Supervisor, Superintendent, or Lead Foreman on high-end residential or boutique commercial projectsProven track record running mixed-use, custom residential, or premium TI workStrong communicator — comfortable talking to clients, architects, and trades with equal easeReads architectural and structural drawings fluently; catches issues before they become problemsBuilder's instincts: knows what good work looks like and won't accept lessDisciplined with documentation — daily reports, photos, schedule updatesCal/OSHA 30 (or willing to obtain)Valid driver's license and clean driving recordNice to HaveBilingual English/SpanishExperience with Buildertrend, Procore, or similar PM softwareLEED or sustainable construction backgroundPrior experience navigating permitting and inspections in Bay Area municipalities.Compensation & BenefitsCompetitive salary, commensurate with experienceCompany truck or vehicle allowanceHealth stipendPaid time offDirect relationship with ownership — your work is seen, your input mattersTo ApplySend your resume and a brief note about a project you're especially proud of to [email].
