Role Description This is a contract-based remote role for a Service Delivery Lead. The Service Delivery Lead will oversee project delivery processes, develop and maintain client relationships, and ensure timely, quality outcomes. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing teams, coordinating with stakeholders, resolving operational challenges, and optimizing workflows. The role will also involve ensuring compliance with project standards, identifying opportunities for improvement, and fostering a collaborative and performance-driven work environment. Qualifications Technical expertise in project management, team coordination, and service delivery processesStrong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to manage cross-functional teamsProblem-solving and critical thinking abilities to address challenges and streamline operationsKnowledge of relevant global standards such as ISO 13485, IEC 62304, and compliance requirements in regulated industriesExperience in engineering or technology solutions, particularly in industries such as MedTech, Aerospace, or AutomotiveProficiency in tools and software for project and workflow managementProactive approach to identifying and leveraging business opportunitiesBachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field
