Job Description Job Title: Automotive Mechanic / L-1 Master TechnicianLocation: 130 N Highway 67 Cedar Hill, Texas 75104Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Perform a wide range of automotive repairs.Review TSB's and other service recommendations and translate to customer needs.Honestly assess vehicles and build a detailed estimate of necessary repairs.Communicate cause and correction for customer concerns regarding their vehicle.Address any concerns from customers and interface with them on their vehicle as needed.Provide great customer care and professionalism.Maintain clean and efficient work environment.Complete full, accurate, and honest courtesy inspections in service to our customers.Master MFG level diagnostic tools (MFG scan tools and subscriptions provided by CBA)Technicians at Christian Brothers Automotive are set up for success, both in day-to-day operations and long-term career growth. Qualifications Qualifications5+ yr automotive repair experience is required w/ ASE certificationApplicants must be team orientedCapable of diagnosing and repairing any/all types of vehiclesFlexible and Focused on maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.Excel at diagnostics and drive-ability problems.Have the drive to and the ability to flag 60+ hours per week.Ability to quickly master factory scan toolsPhysical Requirements:Occasionally lift and/or move over 100 poundsBe able to work with tools on vehicles lifted above their headWork in tight spaces as dictated by the vehicle’s needed repairHave the needed dexterity in order to efficiently use hand toolsWalk/stand for the majority of their workdayDrive manual transmissions vehiclesEfficiently navigate a computer Additional Information Christian Brothers Automotive (CBA) began in 1982 with the simple premise of providing precision auto repair with transparency, integrity and a philosophy of people first.
