The role also provides receptionist backup coverage and administrative support. Secret clearance required.Key Duties & Responsibilities:Process and log incoming mail and packagesVerify correspondence attachments and resolve discrepanciesDistribute mail following agency guidelinesManage incoming faxes and electronic correspondenceMonitor agency email accountsDeliver outgoing mail and packagesMaintain mail room and copier/workroom supply inventoryNotify administration of equipment or supply issuesProvide receptionist backup coverageSupport conference room setup and cleanupPerform filing, data entry, and customer service tasksMinimum Qualifications:High school diploma required; higher education preferred13 years of professional office experienceActive or obtainable Secret clearanceProficiency with office software and equipmentPreferred Qualifications:Associate’s or bachelor’s degreeFederal mail room experienceFamiliarity with FedEx, UPS, and USPS coordinationExperience in federal or diplomatic office settingsProfessional receptionist experienceJob Location:On-site at the United States Trade and Development Agency in Arlington, Virginia.
