Associate Partner, Digital HR Transformation

IntroductionAs an Associate Partner in Digital HR Transformation, you will serve as a senior client‐facing leader responsible for originating, selling, and delivering large‐scale HR transformation programs powered by AI and advanced HR technology. You will combine deep HR functional expertise, strong executive advisory capabilities, and proven sales leadership to accelerate growth in IBM's HR and Talent Transformation practice.You will lead complex pursuits, shape multi‐year transformation programs, and guide clients in leveraging AI, automation, and data‐driven insights to reinvent their HR operating models. You will act as the primary HR thought leader on major engagements while partnering closely with industry, offering, and technical teams to drive revenue and expand client relationships.Your role and responsibilitiesDrive sales and revenue growth by originating, qualifying, and closing complex HR transformation opportunitiesLead deal strategy, solution shaping, and proposal development for AI‐enabled HR reinvention programsBuild and maintain executive‐level client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor to CHROs and C‐suite leadersLead and manage HR AI transformation engagements from strategy through implementationConduct executive‐level workshops to identify strategic AI use cases and develop HR reinvention roadmapsDevelop high‐impact business cases demonstrating the ROI and business value of AI‐driven HR solutionsServe as the senior HR subject matter expert across HR Service Delivery, Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, Performance Management, Total Rewards, and Employee ExperienceProvide strategic guidance on HR operating model redesign, process optimization, and digital transformationTranslate client HR strategy and business needs into technical requirements for AI, automation, and analytics solutionsPartner with technical and ecosystem teams to ensure AI solutions reflect HR best practices and comply with regulatory requirementsSupport integration and architecture strategies across major HRIS platforms such as Workday, Oracle HCM, SAP SuccessFactors, and ServiceNowLead account growth plans and identify opportunities to expand IBM's footprint within existing client accountsRepresent IBM in the market through thought leadership, speaking engagements, and client advisory sessionsMentor and develop consulting teams to strengthen HR and AI capability across the practiceThis Job can be performed from anywhere in the US.Required technical and professional expertise10+ years of HR or HR consulting experience with deep expertise across multiple HR domainsDemonstrated success selling and delivering large, complex HR transformation programsProven track record achieving sales targets, managing pipelines, and leading end‐to‐end pursuit cyclesStrong executive presence with ability to influence C‐level stakeholders and drive strategic decision‐makingDeep subject matter expertise in a major HRIS platform such as Workday, Oracle HCM, SuccessFactors or ServiceNow, with a solid working knowledge of these major HRIS platformsUnderstanding of AI concepts and generative AI applications in HRStrong program leadership experience managing multi‐workstream, multi‐stakeholder initiativesExceptional communication, presentation, and workshop facilitation abilitiesAdvanced analytical skills with experience in ROI modeling and data‐driven decision‐makingPreferred technical and professional experienceExperience in implementing AI virtual agents or chatbots in HR environmentsExperience with AI‐powered HR analytics, predictive modeling, and workforce intelligence toolsPrior experience in a senior consulting or advisory role with responsibility for sales and revenue targetsIBM is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal‐opportunity employer.
