Job Description
$22.00 per hour training rate plus shift premium ($2.00 for Afternoons, $1.50 for Nights). Robust training program with pay increases of $1.95 or more within initial 4-6 week training period.$200 monthly attendance bonus,Medical, Dental, Vison, Life and AD&D Insurance.... plus so much moreJOB REQUIREMENTSAbility to comply with existing safety standardsAbility to troubleshoot and complete 5s auditAbility to load/unload pressesAbility to perform work within Molding/Finishing department based on business needsAbility to inspect materials for defects, inconsistenciesAbility to transport materials to next station in the manufacturing process (using tow motor if required)Ability to complete production tickets, downtime sheetsAbility to maintain/continue green initiativeAbility to work in a fast paced environment with frequent distractionsLOOOKING FOR EXCITED CANDIDATES WHO:Stand, walk for long hours during shift.Push objects up to 50lbs during a shiftAdhere to strict safety and quality production standardsReach, bend, lift, and push objects weighing 3-50 lbs. on a continuous basis for the duration of the shift.Carry/transport materialSupport production with meeting weekly quotasHas great work ethicsComfortable working in extreme temperaturesWHAT IS IT LIKE WORKING WITH US?Safety is very critical to us so we provide all PPEs.It can get really noisy at time.
