For more information about Nintendo, please visit the company’s website at https://www.nintendo.com/.Team/Position Summary: The Allocation Analyst supports Merchandising and Merchandise Planning by owning inventory allocation and flow across the DTC channel to optimize sales, margin, and inventory productivity. This role manages initial launch, replenishment, clearance, and bin inventory decisions at the location level, using historical performance and market trends to identify risks and opportunities and drive proactive solutions. The analyst partners cross functionally to support new stores, activations, and ongoing business reviews, while continuously improving processes, tools, and ways of working to operate with urgency and improve overall performance.Description Of DutiesBuild, develop, and support working relationships with cross functional in-person and/or virtual teams by facilitating proactive business management, communication, issue resolution as well as driving key decisions.Partners with other business units by providing lead time and production planning guidance that support communication of supply chain challenges and to provide recommendations in support of meeting company objectives.Strives for process improvements by developing, measuring, and monitoring critical metrics and KPI’s.Drives the execution of product placement plans to deliver KPI targets.Communicates insights and alternatives when faced with supply chain challenges or data to support decision-making.Analyzes industry trends and data in supply chain to identify problematic areas and suggest improvements.Capable of frequent or ad hoc supply and/or demand shifts that require new analysis to support decision making.Develop and maintain reports/analysis that support prompt and succinct formats using Tableau for distribution to key stakeholders and/or Leadership.Supports ongoing Business Planning and other cross-divisional stakeholders with inventory planning.Summary Of Requirements3+ years of related experience in Supply Chain or Inventory/Supply PlanningFundamental understanding of various forecast methodologies both quantitative and qualitativeExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsDemonstrated ability to think strategicallyStrong visualization and PowerPoint skillsAble to prioritize and manage multiple competing deliverablesExtremely detail- and process-orientedStrong MS Office (Strong Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) experienceExperience with allocation solution software preferredOracle EBS and Business Intelligence, Inventory, Agile, Tableau, SharePoint, Smartsheet, Confluence experience helpful but not requiredImport/Customs experience helpful but not requiredProject Management skills helpful but not requiredUndergraduate degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field or equivalent experienceAPICS and/or IBF (SCM) certification an advantageApplicants must be legally eligible to work in the United States to be considered. Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.This position is hybrid in Redmond, WA. Hybrid positions require regular onsite work following the schedule and guidelines for their division. This position is not open to fully remote status at this time.This position includes the base pay range listed below, potential for a semi-annual discretionary performance bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and paid time off.Pay Range$82,000—$131,200 USD
