Job Summary We are seeking a friendly and professional servers to join our team. Experience in fine dining, food handling, or the food industry is preferred, but a positive attitude and a passion for hospitality are essential. Take accurate food and beverage orders, ensuring special dietary needs are accommodated. Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining a friendly demeanor. Assist with food preparation when necessary, consisting of basic plating or garnishing. Ensure tables are clean, organized, and reset promptly for new guests. Handle cash transactions accurately and process payments efficiently. Maintain knowledge of menu items, daily specials, and restaurant policies. Uphold food safety standards and proper sanitation procedures at all times. Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to deliver seamless service. Support banquet or catering events as needed, providing attentive service to large groups. Qualifications Prior experience in food service, restaurant, or hospitality industry preferred; experience in fine dining or banquet settings is a plus. Good customer service skills with the ability to engage guests professionally. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Ability to multitask efficiently during busy periods while maintaining attention to detail. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, & around holidays as required by the restaurant schedule.
