Spa and Salon Supervisor
Specific Job FunctionsOversee the Spa and Salon personnel to guarantee their compliance with company policies and proceduresAssist in training new hires and existing employees on the expectations and responsibilities associated with each positionAssist management and the spa receptionist in balancing service appointmentsCultivate a work environment that encourages collaboration and teamworkConduct daily checks of the spa reception and all spa areas. Ensure everything is fully stocked and operational at all times..Conduct an inventory assessment and create a supply order list as required.Create work order forms promptly when repairs are necessary and ensure management is informed.Develop and maintain positive relationships with guests, addressing any concerns or complaints promptly to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.Collaborate with management to develop new spa services and promotions, enhancing the overall guest experience and driving revenue growth Perform other job-related duties as deemed necessary for the success of the department.QualificationsAt least one to two years of previous management or supervisory experience preferred.Customer service experience required, at least two years experience preferred.Knowledge of Spa, Salon and fitness industry preferred.Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.Excellent verbal and written communication a must.Knowledge of general health and sanitation codes required.Knowledge of computer software including Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Outlook, and Internet necessary.Knowledge of Book4Time spa software preferred.
