We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Nursing Assistants to join our team at Pickering Manor. Located in Newtown, PA, this role is vital in providing high-quality patient care and support to our residents. As a Nursing Assistant, you will play a key role in enhancing the quality of life for seniors while working within a supportive and dynamic environment. We are recruiting for part-time openings on the day shift (7 a.m. to 3 p.m.) and evening shift (3 p.m. to 11 p.m.). Responsibilities Assist residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming. Monitor and record vital signs and report any changes in residents' conditions. Provide compassionate support to residents with memory care needs. Maintain accurate medical documentation and assist with medical procedures as needed. Collaborate with nursing staff to implement individualized care plans. Ensure a safe and clean environment for all residents. Previous experience as a Nursing Assistant or in a similar role is preferred. Strong understanding of geriatrics and patient care principles. Familiarity with medical terminology and documentation practices. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. Compassionate nature with excellent communication skills.
