Customer Service Representative
## Job Summary (Hours 930am-6pm M-F)
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for inputting accurate data, providing exceptional customer service, and resolving customer inquiries and concerns.
## Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone
- Provide accurate information about excavation location sites
- Conduct outbound calls for follow-ups
- Maintain customer records by updating account information
## Requirements
-Strong communication skills in English
-Basic knowledge of Outlook and office programs
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Must be able to type 35WPM
- Proficient in data entry with high accuracy
- Prior experience in customer service or related field is advantageous

Pay: From $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
