This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys cross-functional collaboration, and excels at keeping projects on track.Key Responsibilities:• Manage project schedules, track deliverables, and provide regular status updates• Collaborate with stakeholders across IT, engineering, and operations teams• Support employee productivity tools and internal support systems• Utilize tools like ServiceNow and Wrike to manage workflows and tasks• Drive effective communication, ensuring alignment across teams• Gather requirements, ask the right questions, and ensure smooth executionRequired Skills:• 2–5 years of experience in project coordination or project management• Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills• Experience with Agile methodologies• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow and project tracking tools (e.g., Wrike)• Strong analytical thinking and organizational skillsNice to Have:• Exposure to ITIL, Incident/Problem Management• Experience supporting IT helpdesk or employee productivity environments• Excel proficiency
