We invite you to forge ahead with us.Location: Austin, Dallas, or Houston, Texas.What You Will Do:Develop and maintain client relationships skillsManage land surveying projects to meet schedules and budgetsCoordinate with WSB project managers/clients on project progressWork with field and office staff to develop an efficient team approach to survey operationsProposal preparation and cost estimates for Platting, ALTA's, design surveys and construction stakingStrong skills at base mapping and understanding of Certificates of Titles and legal descriptionsDrafting legal descriptions and reviewing legal descriptionsDrafting and reviewing sub-division plats, ALTA surveys and boundary surveys to meet requirements/statutesWhat You Will Bring:Required: Texas Registered Professional Land Surveyor licenseFive years experience in land surveyingThree years experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D or MicroStationExcellent verbal and communication skillsSelf motivated, organized and the proven ability to manage projects from conception to completionValid driver's license with an excellent driving recordWho We Are:WSB is a design and consulting firm specializing in Transportation, Community Planning, Environmental, Energy, Municipal, and Construction services.
