About the RoleWe're hiring a Senior Product Designer to craft best-in-class products that solve real-world problems facing homeowners. You'll work closely with our founders, fellow engineers, and designers to create thoughtful and groundbreaking products that deliver exceptional value to our members. You'll help build our core systems and product and define much of our team culture. Some of the Responsibilities You'll HaveLead the design process for our iOS apps, ensuring a seamless user experience for members and vendorsPrototype and iterate on new features to quickly respond to user needs and feedbackCollaborate closely with engineers to create intuitive, beautiful, and functional user interfaces that bring our product vision to lifeAbout YouYou're well experienced. 5+ years in product design, with a strong track record of designing and shipping mobile apps, and a deep proficiency in FigmaYou're passionate about user-centered design. You care deeply about crafting intuitive, delightful user experiences and have a portfolio that demonstrates your design thinking and processYou're excited to be a founding designer at an early-stage startup. This means that there's a lot of systems and structure yet to be put in place, and you'll play an active role in building and shaping those alongside our company cultureYou thrive in fast-moving, unstructured environments. We move quickly, and we're looking for someone who is excited to set the design direction and increase our pace. (If you're looking for the stability and structure that comes along with a more established company, this probably isn't the right time)You're an owner, not a renter. You always take a long-term view when making design decisions, and consider the company's best interests as if they were your own.
