As an Ingredient Prep Operator, you will be accountable for accurately preparing, mixing, and managing ingredients to ensure consistent dough quality, precise recipe execution, and efficient support to the Rheon Line. Your work is essential to maintaining product excellence, food safety, and smooth production flow.Shift & ScheduleShift: 3rdHours: 10:00PM - 6:30AMWeekend availability: RequiredCompensationHourly Rate: $21Core Accountabilities (What You'll Be Doing)Prepare and mix ingredients according to recipes to ensure consistent dough qualityMonitor dough temperatures, textures, and mixing parameters to meet specificationsMaintain accurate ingredient inventory and ensure correct lot usage per picklistControl dough flow to support efficient Rheon Line performanceDocument data in production systems (e.g., MOVEX) accurately and on timeMaintain clean, organized, and foodsafe mixing and ingredient areasFollow all safety, quality, and sanitation standards to support compliant operationsMinimum Qualifications (What You Bring to the Table)High school diploma or GED preferredAbility to understand and follow recipes, mixing processes, and production documentationBasic knowledge of dough mixing and mixing equipment operationAbility to read and interpret temperature and scale readingsAt least 6 months of experience as an operator in a production environmentAbility to lift and handle up to 50 lbs. safelyClear written and verbal communication skills in EnglishPreferred Qualifications (Extra Ingredients for Success)Experience in bakery or foodmanufacturing environmentsFamiliarity with ingredient batching systems or inventory control processesKnowledge of foodsafety or HACCP practicesExperience with ERP systems such as MOVEXStrong attention to detail and ability to troubleshoot minor process issuesAspire Bakeries LLC values the contribution each Team Member brings to our organization.
