Airfield Lane Sheridan, WY 82801  POSITION DESCRIPTIONPosition: Fabricator Wyoming Welding is a leading provider of manufacturing, welding, and fabrication solutions. We are known for our extremely high quality standards, professionalism, and completing projects on time for our customers. Our team is top notch and consists of the best A-Players in the industry. If you are a highly skilled welder and you want to be part of a team that values and appreciates what you bring to the table, then are a good fit for you.  Summary: Our welders and fabricators assemble projects based on shop prints, which include structural steel, architectural metals, tanks, frames, skids, field work, and more. We serve many industries, so our fabricators see a wide variety of projects. We work with titanium, stainless, aluminum, and mild steel. Most material is laser cut and precision formed so our materials are generally clean and precise. You will be expected to work in the shop or in the field and run the appropriate processes for the project. We have pre-employment and random monthly drug tests.  Job Duties/Responsibilities:- Work as a member of a team in order to achieve The Goal- Conduct yourself in accordance with the MISSION, VISSION, and VALUES- Perform welding and fabrication tasks using GMAW, FACW, FCAW-G, TIG, and SMAW processes. - Work both in the field and in the shop. - Read and interpret shop prints, engineering drawings, and weld symbols to ensure accurate fabrication. - Set up and operate welding equipment - Conduct inspections and maintain weld quality in compliance within our QMS- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and on schedule. - Maintain a safe and organized work environment. - Continuously improve, learn, and grow both personally and professionally. - Run forklift and shop equipment safely.- Work 40 hours per week, or more if needed Benefit and Company Information:- Best Place to Work in Sheridan, WY- Health Insurance- 401K- Dental Insurance- Childcare benefit ($180/month)- 3 Weeks of PTO after 90 days- Paid Holidays (6-8 days per year depending on calendar and Christmas)- Career Advancement- Extremely clean and professional manufacturing facility - Everyone in their Unique Ability- Pay is $25-$35/hr depending on skill and experience Wyoming Welding & Machine is an Equal Opportunity Employer
