Offers are typically made below the top of the range to support future salary growth.Position Summary: Nursing Assistant Float Pool Part-time 24 Hours Nights 11 pm to 7 amDuties include, but are not limited to:A variety of Clinical Measures, including monitoring vital signs and oxygen levelsBathing, observation and mealsADLs (Activities of Daily Living)Answering call buttonsEnsures patient care is delivered by age-specific category requirements and established policy and procedure for all patient populationsResponds promptly and compassionately to patient needs and requests. Must have a can-do attitude, with a strong focus on teamwork, and possess excellent customer service skillsRequirements:High School diploma or equivalent or five years of experience in lieu of degreeBasic Life Support certification.Massachusetts Certified Nursing Assistant preferred.Bilingual (Spanish-English) is helpful but not required.An every-other-weekend schedule commitment is required.
