Stock Transfer Specialist

Stock Transfer Specialist (Finance) Position Description: We are a stock transfer agent and financial service provider for public and private companies. We are looking to fill a position for a stock transfer specialist. This position will mainly involve supporting our public and private company clients and their shareholders. The position is a full-time position (6-8 hours per day, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM). This is a dynamic business and fun atmosphere with endless amounts to learn. Specific duties and responsibilities: Provide customer service to companies and their shareholders Process stock issuances and transfers daily Daily mail processing Filing documents in the office and other office administrative tasks including mailings. Answer phones and provide customer support. Qualifications: Excellent and intuitive computer skills Excellent communication skills, written, phone, and some client-facing A proven track record of providing exceptional customer service with prompt responses to client inquiries Able to efficiently complete and manage multiple tasks without supervision Reliable team player with the ability to work after hours when required Quick learner, problem solver, detail-oriented Track record of completing assignments on time with accuracy Securities firm experience is a plus. Customer service experience (2-3+ years) preferred
