Let’s see how you can help lead Marker forward — and what we can build together.What We’re Looking ForMarker is seeking a detail-oriented and creative Proposal Coordinator to support the development of high-quality proposals and business development materials that help win new work. This role blends strong writing skills, organization, and design awareness to produce compelling, compliant, and visually engaging submissions.Core ResponsibilitiesCoordinate the full proposal lifecycle, including RFQs, RFPs, SF-330, and AIA A305 submissionsDevelop clear, persuasive, client-focused content from technical informationCollaborate with marketing, business development, and project teams to support pursuit strategiesMaintain proposal content libraries and CRM systems tracking submissions and resultsCreate presentations and marketing collateral aligned with brand standardsCoordinate with consultants and collect client feedback, references, and testimonialsTrack proposal metrics and prepare win/loss analysis reportsKey Skills And QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field2–3 years of experience in proposal writing, technical writing, or marketing (A/E/C industry preferred)Exceptional writing, editing, and organizational skillsAbility to manage multiple deadlines and projects simultaneouslyProficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and Adobe Creative SuiteStrong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workPrimary Location: Columbus, OhioBenefits PackageAttracting and retaining exceptional talent is crucial to the long-term stability and success of our company.
