Sheet Metal and HVAC Estimation Specialist

REQUIERMENTS: Minimum 3+ years of Mechanical Estimator experience: Expertise in sheet metal and piping estimation. Proficiency with specialized software: Familiarity with either Trimble AutoBid or AUTOBID-QUICK PEN to streamline estimation processes. Proven experience in healthcare projects: Specific focus on OSHPD Level 1 compliance. Exposure to various industries, including high-rises, stadiums, laboratories, pharmaceuticals, education facilities, airports, and transportation projects. WHAT YOU WILL DO: -Responsible for all stages of the estimating and bidding processes including performing on-screen takeoffs for varying opportunities including large and complex projects Attend and participate in project bid meetings and job walks Prepare bid proposal documents including Pan-Pacific proposal letter, bid form per Customer requirements if required, and bid bonds as necessary Responsible for scope review of new project contracts Perform pricing of change bulletins issued to existing projects as required Work with HVAC team as needed on combination pursuits and projects Assist with project cost budgets and Schedule of Values for new project start-up Additional responsibilities as assigned Job Type: Full-time Pay: $125,000.00 - $135,000.00 per year Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Schedule: 8 hour shift Monday to Friday Experience: Sheet Metal and Piping Estimation Expert: 3 years (Required) Trimble AutoBid or AUTOBID-QUICK PEN,: 3 years (Required) Healthcare projects/OSHPD: 3 years (Required) Work Location: In person
