If you bring strong experience in Oracle Fusion ERP Cloud - particularly within the Maintenance Cloud module - and excel at coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, this role offers a unique opportunity to lead change.You will lead the end-to-end configuration, design, testing, and support of the Oracle Maintenance Cloud solution, acting as the functional lead and key decision maker. You will play a critical role in transitioning processes from paper-based systems to a fully integrated digital solution. Using your previous hand-on experience, you will implement Maintenance Cloud from the ground up. If you are excited by large-scale implementations and continuous learning, we want to hear from you!What You Will Be DoingLead the hands-on implementation of Oracle Maintenance Cloud from design through go-liveConfigure asset masters and hierarchies, work orders, preventive and corrective maintenance, as well as maintenance programs, planning, shutdowns, and rebuildsOwn fit-gap analysis, functional design, and configuration decisionsPrepare and validate maintenance data, including assets, PM schedules, and reference dataDesign and support functional integrations with Inventory, Purchasing, BOM / WIP, Costing, and Fixed AssetsCollaborate directly with Maintenance, Reliability, Operations, and Supply Chain teamsExecute and support SIT, UAT, cutover, go-live, and stabilization activitiesTroubleshoot functional issues hands-on and drive resolutionWhat We Would Like From YouOver 10 years of functional experience with Oracle Fusion ERP Cloud, specializing in Maintenance CloudStrong expertise in designing, configuring, and delivering Maintenance Cloud solutions independentlyProven record of leading multiple full-cycle Maintenance Cloud implementations as a functional leadStrong understanding of asset-intensive maintenance operationsAbility to work autonomously without reliance on large consulting teamsExcellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively partner with and support business stakeholdersExperience with other Oracle Fusion ERP modules (e.g., Finance, Procurement, Inventory)Oracle Maintenance Cloud certification would be considered an assetLocation and other key details: This is a full-time permanent position based out of our Texas corporate locationThe hours of work will be Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week20% travel to BURNCO locations across North America will be requiredAn up-to-date Passport for occasional travel across the Canada / United States border is requiredHybrid work flexibility with a blend of remote and in-office collaborationWhy BURNCO?
