Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Field Operations Supervisor based in Tallahassee, FL. The Field Operations Supervisor will oversee daily field operations, ensure successful task completion, and maintain efficient workflow. Responsibilities include managing teams, implementing operations strategies, ensuring safety compliance, coordinating field service activities, and meeting customer satisfaction goals. Regular communication with team members and clients to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget is also essential. Qualifications Strong Supervisory Skills with the ability to lead and motivate diverse teams effectivelyExperience in Field Operations and Field Service with an emphasis on operational efficiencyProven Operations Management skills with a focus on planning and executing projectsFocus on Customer Satisfaction and the ability to address client concerns effectivelyExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsKnowledge of telecommunications or construction industries preferredProficiency in using technology to improve field operationsExperience with safety protocols and compliance standards
