We are looking for a Full Stack Engineer with 3-5 years of experience to join a small, high-impact team building AI agents that automate administrative workflows for mission-critical military units. You'll work side-by-side with the founders at a 7-person company that's already deployed with multiple DoD customers and backed by $2.5M+ from investors who were early in Palantir and Hermeus.This is a true founding role with significant equity, full ownership of the product development lifecycle, and a direct line to the customers you're building for. If you thrive in early-stage environments, ship fast, and want your work to matter — this is it.What will you be doing?Owning end-to-end full stack development of the core platform — building out the knowledge graph, agent workflows, and customer-facing features in TypeScriptSupporting customer launches by iterating directly on feedback from Armed Forces, translating mission needs into production codeMaturing the AI orchestration platform — building tools for customers to configure their own agents and workflowsTraveling to military bases (~1x/month, mostly local to SF) to embed with users and deeply understand operational problemsShaping product direction with autonomy — dissecting customer feedback, prioritizing features, and driving business impact as a product-minded engineerSkills Required3 - 5 years of experience in full stack engineering, with focus on TypeScriptShipped production code at an early- stage, high- growth startup (ideally Seed/Series A)Built products for DoD or defense tech customers (OneBrief, Vannevar Labs, Raft, TurbineOne, etc)Comfort operating in a compliance- driven, highly- regulated environmentProficient in TypeScript or Python; can flex in full stack web frameworks (Next. js, Express, Postgres)Experience integrating LLMs into production applications/workflowsKubernetes and open- source infra (Grafana, Loki, Keycloak) in secure deploymentsExperience deploying applications on AWS or other cloud providersUS CITIZENS ONLY
