Job Title: AI Audit AnalystLocation: Indianapolis, IN (On-site)Duration: 12-month contract (possibility of extension or conversation)Compensation: $35-40hr (W-2)OverviewOur client is seeking an AI Audit Analyst to support enterprise-wide Artificial Intelligence(AI) initiatives by conducting risk assessments, reviews, and special projects related to AIsolutions across all lines of business and functions. This role focuses on ensuring AI technologies are developed, deployed, and monitored in alignment with internal standards, policies, contractual obligations, and applicable laws and regulations.This position offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with AI system teams,business partners, and cross-functional risk groups to strengthen AI risk management,governance, and monitoring practices. The AI Audit Analyst will play a critical role in identifyingrisks, evaluating controls, and providing actionable insights that enhance responsible andcompliant AI use.Key Responsibilities• Lead the development and execution of high-quality risk assessments of AI solutions.• Perform reviews of AI solutions, testing for compliance with internal standards, policies,and regulations. Experience in performing technology or business process audits ispreferred.• Identify risks and collaborate with AI system team leadership and business managementon testing and evaluation procedures, including working with AI teams on processes,controls, documentation, and issue management.• Demonstrate an understanding of risk management frameworks and apply this knowledgein situations involving the assessment, measurement, and mitigation of risks associatedwith AI solutions.• Demonstrate and apply a thorough understanding of the AI system development lifecycleand the risks associated with the use and implementation of AI solutions.• Coordinate with other risk functions, such as Compliance, Information Security, andInternal Audit, across the organization.• Support Responsible AI (RAI) programs by providing recommendations for processimprovements.• Demonstrate strong documentation, project management, and data analytical skills.• Prepare clear, accurate, and concise work papers, including well-supported conclusions.• Collect sufficient and appropriate evidence to support work performed.• Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing work performed.• Present identified issues or deficiencies, along with clear recommendations forremediation.• Report progress of work to project leads and drive completion of assigned work based onagreed-upon timelines.• Work with AI system teams and business partners to address deficiencies or issuesthrough periodic monitoring and re-testing.• Review work performed by others and provide recommendations for improvement, aswell as training and guidance to new or less experienced associates.• Perform special projects and assignments under the direction of departmentmanagement.• Work independently while effectively managing competing priorities.• Assist in the preparation of meeting materials and presentations for stakeholders andleadership.Disclaimer: Brooksource, Medasource, and Calculated Hire are part of the Eight Eleven Groupfamily of companies and operate under Eight Eleven Group, LLC.
