Experience-Based Pay Scale: 0 years: $20.00/hr1-2 years: $20.75/hr3-4 years: $21.50/hr5-6 years: $23.00/hr7-9 years: $23.75/hr10-19 years: $24.50/hr20+ years: $25.00/hrPer Diem: $21.50/hr POSITION OVERVIEW: Aaron Manor Nursing & Rehabilitation Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our care team. In this role, you will provide essential daily living assistance and personal care to our residents, helping them maintain dignity, comfort, and quality of life under the supervision of licensed nursing staff. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, oral hygiene, and toiletingTake and record vital signs such as temperature, pulse, respiration, and blood pressureAssist with ambulation, transfers, and repositioning to prevent pressure injuriesServe and assist residents during meals; monitor food and fluid intakeObserve and report changes in resident condition or behavior to nursing staff promptlyMaintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment in resident roomsRespond to resident call lights and requests in a timely and compassionate mannerDocument care provided accurately in accordance with facility policiesParticipate in care plan meetings and follow individualized care plansCommunicate respectfully and effectively with residents, families, and the interdisciplinary team QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:Active Connecticut CNA certification in good standing (required)High school diploma or GED preferredPrevious long-term care or skilled nursing facility experience preferredCPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire)Strong interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs; stand and walk for extended periodsReliable, compassionate, and team-oriented WHAT WE OFFER:Competitive experience-based pay: up to $25.00/hrPer diem opportunities availableHealth, dental, and vision insurance optionsPaid time off and holiday payContinuing education and career advancement opportunitiesSupportive, team-centered work environment Exec
