A company is looking for an NCCT Medical Office Assistant Bootcamp Instructor. Key Responsibilities Teach synchronous online courses using Microsoft Teams, adapting instruction to maximize student engagement Develop and update curriculum materials to ensure alignment with college standards and accreditation requirements Maintain accurate student records and compliance with college policies and procedures Required Qualifications Certification in National Center for Competency Testing (NCCT) Medical Office Assistant One year of full-time experience as a Medical Office Assistant or equivalent training during U.S. Military service within the last five years Minimum of one year of experience in a training setting, preferably in healthcare certification bootcamps Experience in curriculum development and instructional design for healthcare certification bootcamps preferred Good working knowledge of MS Office applications and learning technologies
